I ordered 8 x "501" chairs which their site said delivery in 3 days, they did not arrive so a week later I started chasing. Finally got through and was told they no longer had those chairs and could send a similar chair. I said do you mean the "Durban" and they said yes so I said these are £40 cheaper and they said no they are the same price..... I was not going to fall for that trick as I knew they were cheaper on their website as I was looking at them on my screen at the time, so I told them to cancel the order they could not fulfil and refund my money and I would reorder. They said OK but that they had not taken the money anyway (their paperwork says they only process payment when they process the order) so I thought all was well until my card statement arrived with the amount debited! So I then reordered the Durban chairs and paid again on a different card. This was end of August ..... it is now mid October and I have been chasing the chairs constantly - emailing and calling and they either don't reply or you get an answerphone and leave a message but no-one gets back to you. I did finally get through to someone on the sales line rather than after-sales and asked a lady to get someone to call me back which they eventually did a few days later but in the meantime I continued to call and finally got someone called Barry who was helpful and told me and said "has nobody told you we don't have those chairs in stock and we're looking to find a new supplier"! He said he would call me back in the hour to let me know if they had another supplier and give me a timescale. The other chap that called back was not aware they did not have stock when I told him what Barry had said, but said he would look into it and call back in the hour. Neither called back that day as promised so over the weekend I found an alternative set of chairs locally and purchased those instead. I called, left a message on someones phone (Mark I think his name was) and emailed over the weekend to say please cancel the second order and refund me - both payments had been processed on both cards despite them being unable to supply the chairs. Barry called back on the Monday and I asked if he had my email and answerphone message saying I was not going to wait any longer for the chairs and to cancel my order and kindly refund me (by now it was over a month) but he said he had not picked up the messages but said he would cancel the order and refund me. Ten days' later and still no refund for either order has been processed so I have had to file a dispute and get my money back via my credit card companies for both orders. This is a deplorable service - they take money for orders they can't fulfil despite their paperwork saying they only process the payments once the order has been processed and then avoid any communication when you try to find out what is going on. Such a shame as they have lovely items on their site. Avoid like the plague. Look on Ebay, they sell on their too and I have purchased from them via ebay on many occasions without a problem - with Ebay there are rarely problems otherwise Ebay will stop them being able to advertise with them, so maybe they put those customers as a priority maybe? Their products when you get them are unusual in design and good quality. Buy via Ebay or if you risk their website make sure you pay by credit and debit card.......

I am extremely pleased from ordering to delivery. Staff extremely helpful , I would highly recommend ordering furniture from this Company and will definitely be using them again. Furniture ordered on a Saturday and delivered the following Thursday. Delivery gents excellent came early and very polite.

Truth is that there is absolutely no customer service, and I mean NIL.
They hardly ever answer the phone, and when they do they cannot access your order or give you any information, they put you on hold for EVER before cutting you off, never call back when asked and hardly ever respond to emails.
Promise of 'next day delivery' seems to go out of the window as soon as they have got your order and taken the money well before any thought of delivery. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I placed an order on the 13/08 it said on the website next day delivery what a joke 10 days later after chasing on numerous occasions I was told on the 22/08 it was out of stock at which point I cancelled the order now the 2/09 still not had my refund still chasing & getting no response!!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!

Astonishing that a company acts like this, I have genuinely never had such a bad experience buying on line.The phone is never answered and emails are not replied to, you can try contacting the parent company and they don't answer the phone either. The mattress I ordered was in stock for next day delivery. After 2 weeks I cancelled the order another week on and I'm still awaiting a refund.

Difficult to contact no answer on numerous occasions, when answered asked to give contact no and they would phone back,neither sales, after sales or reception have bothered to return calls.
Have had e-mail to say order will be delivered next day and courier will contact to confirm time. Have not heard anything since.
A shoddy company with no customer care or service.

All I can say is awful. Slow and 2 days late and just arrived with half the order missing and delivered without a signature and thrown over the garden gate. Trying to talk to after sales is complete joke. They NEVER answer the phone....now on my tenth try over 3 days. have had to email them. No response. Sales ALWAYS answer the phone to make a sale....but cant put you through to Aftersales. "We will leave a message to get them to call you" Don't bother will not happen.
My 90 year old mum is needing the bed stripped now each morning and has a soggy mattress to boot because these guys are terrible. Strange thing is their website says 5 stars Trust-pilot reviews....go to trust pilot and it is the complete opposite.

Oh my word !!!! I don't know where to start absolutely horrendous!! Crap crap crap - NEVER USE these people , ordered a bed in June , delivery date kept changing finally arrived mid Nov (this at the time I was aware of as we'd not been in urgent need as daughters bed was in need of replacement but not completely dilapidated. However then we hear bed has finally arrived in U.K. !!!!! It's gone up 90 due to increased shipping costs With the increase it was still cheapest deal about so we paid through the nose for it and told it would be here Weds - waited in weds , no bed I called they said it would thurs and wd get a call 1hr before , no call and no bed . Called them to day and apparently my bed is out for delivery 😂😂😂😂where are they delivering it to ????? The arctic ??? Called today for a refund , my daughters old bed is now broken and she's on a mattress. All throughout this process I've had no apologies just a pompous sounding Office manager type and his confised warehouse manager. Complete and utter disgrace of a company DO NOT USE !!!!!!!

Wish I had read this 1st ordered Sunday 18th of November had confirmation of order but no delivery date rang them Monday20th 1st time they took my order number said the warehouse staff would get back to me 2nd call said that it would be between 1pm and 3pm
Rang Tuesday said that they new nothing about phone call
And it would be out by 6pm that day
Rang Wednesday did they were waiting on a new product and would keep me informed
Which I then received email staying the fact
I've emailed them back but now no reply

Edited today 29th Nov mattress came what a load of rubbish full of springs not heavy duty at all but no sign of the quilt as yet

After reading all the terrible reviews about this company I was worried that I wouldn't get the waterproof mattress and duvet I had ordered, especially after it didn't show up the next day, as advertised on the website. But I always got replies to the emails I sent and was kept up to date regarding the progress of my order. The order was delivered the same day that the last item was received by them, and was personally delivered by a company driver who was working overtime to get it to me. The mattress seems very good, worth the wait.

Very Very Poor service avoid this company
I ordered a bed set on 23rd Oct and told it would be delivered 25th , nothing arrived and when i did eventually get hold of someone at the buisness they said it was out of stock and it would be in stock on the Folowing Tuesday and it would be delivered on the Wednesday , still did not arrive on the wednesday so i phoned them again numerous times and they said they would get back to me but no one did , i then received a voicemail stating that it would be delivered on the Friday and guess what it still did not arrive on the Friday , i rang and rang no one there answered , no signs of the bed over the weekend and i phoned again on Monday 6th Novemeber , as we bought this item for a disabled lady they were told exactly what we thought about their company !!!! 24/7 what does that represent not a good service thats is for sure , avoid this company at all costs one thing for sure we shall never use this company again , and would not recommend to anyone else . Then there is the quality of the product which leaves alot to be desired in this case the headboard for the bed it must have 50 staples in the back of it , it looks like someone has just gone mad with a staple gun , a child could have done better, in reality and in my opinion you do not deserve 1 star...

ordered nearly two weeks ago a incontinence mattress for my autistic son. took me over a week to get hold of them, wouldn't reply to emails and when i eventually got hold of them on the phone he sounded unprofessional and was in a car on speaker. he said he'd deliver it Wednesday, magically got a email two min later confirming and saying id get another email with tracking (never happened) item did not arrive. i have emailed and phoned over ten times and left voice message asking for refund and no reply AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Well after reading the the reviews after purchasing my monroe dining set I thought I had been scammed! Ordered Friday but was unable to get hold of anyone until Monday, (however I'm going to excuse the weekend) . On Monday I was told would arrive by Wednesday. I was able to get from them the consignment number for the delivery company which reassured me it was coming as I was able to check. Sure enough the table arrived Wednesday! For the price absolutely amazing quality, my husband who complains of my flat pack furniture being "cheap" or "rubbish quality" actually managed the words "I must say this is the best thing you've ever bought ".
So thankyou very much to furniture 247 very pleased, yes it was next day but for FREE delivery-ordering Friday and getting delivered the Wednesday, I call that pretty good going!

I ordered a waterproof double total £169.99 told it come on the 10th I have called them a total of 279 times thy picked up two time an 1 said it would come on the Thursday or Friday the other said ow am sorry will call you back but never did iv emaied them an no reply don't waist your time with furniture 247

Still waiting for a single mattress to be delivered 3 days late so far..no apology..told was out of stock.. ..after several phone calls to them..they have said will be delivered tomorrow..i won't hold my breath..luckily I ordered on a credit card.

Do not use this company. They are dishonest! Next day delivery took 2 weeks, Quality of furniture was poor, email to cancel order was received and ignored, now the are making me pay for the return courier. Stop this company from catching people out by using an alternative supplier.

So called Hospital grade mattress is rubbish - do not waste your money as it is nothing like the description and video on the website. I've been in contact with them to resolve but have got nowhere - BBC Watchdog is next step as this company is ripping people off.
