Scam
I ordered a $73 jacket I'm not complaining about the quality because the quality really wasn't that good I was OK with wearing the jacket because I have a lot of different jackets. What went wrong is that the jacket was too small. I tried contacting the website in receiving a shipping address to where I can return the jacket then I went online and found out that I had 7 days to return the jacket or I would not receive an exchange but still found no returning address so I sent it back to the returning address on the package. Mind I also paid $12 to send it back now I am receiving emails stating that they are sorry that I sent the Jacket to the wrong address but they can only give me 50% of my money back. So basically they made $35 for nothing. If this is not a scam transaction than I don't know what is.

FUNTULIP PREVIOUSLY SATURNWELL
Bought a coat from saturnwell on the 30/1//19. I was told that I would get a DHL confirmation within 7 days...…. There was no confirmation!! I emailed them on the 17/12/19 to find out where my item was. They emailed me back on the 19/12/19 saying "There is a significant demand for this item that is far more than we expected and it takes longer time than usual to process. If you need it urgently, we suggest to choose another item to replace it." So I asked them for a refund seeing as they hadn't even sent it out yet. Still no reply!! OH....And they have now also changed the name of the company to Funtulip. Fake business!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!
