Do not order anything from FUNSTRO!!!!! They take money but do not send you item and every time answer on my mails to they are very busy because of Covid many orders and I need to wait. Excuse me - I wait from April 2021!!! Now its October!

I am having a terrible experience with Funstro. My order is somewhere lost, the track number is not updated for many days and they insist in not cancel my order and not even send it again. It was not really cheap and it is being a nightmare, huge disrespect with the customers.

Horrible experience. My order arrived after 2,5 months, but the dress I received didn't even slightly resemble the one I ordered. Besides that, the quality is extremely poor. Funstro offers no other option than returning the dress back to China (!) at my own cost, which is so expensive that I won't even consider that.
Although I hate to just throw things away, I'm guessing I'll have to give this 'dress' a one way ticket to the trash bin. What a waste of time and money. Please, don't ever order here!

I ordered items from Funstro, and after receiving products that barely resembled the pictures, they did not compensate for return shipping. It was cheaper for me to keep the defective product than to ship it back. Overall extremely disappointed with my experience. Would not recommend using Funstro for any purchases.

Be careful ordering from Funstro. I received the wrong product and they are refusing to correct the problem. I have been offered a voucher for ½ the value towards future purchases (not that I would) and been asked to return the product to China at my cost despite it being their mistake. After 10 + email exchanges, I’m having to try to recoup my costs through my credit card provider. Terrible customer service! I’ll not be using them again!
