I bought 2 for the kids. They are super young so they barely use it. I used it more since buying it, but that’s probably a total of 10 times for less than 5 minutes per time used. One completely deflated and won’t pump back up. Tried contacting them…no response. Don’t buy this garbage.

This is a poor quality product. Does NOT stick to any surface. Used minimally in first week, then base unit split and it is now unusable.
Customer service offered 10% refund ‘as a gesture of good will’ for a faulty product. 😡 £6.21… it’s insulting.

Just came today and my son and daughter have both bed. Playing with non stop. I think is a great tool to help my children burn energy and learn the proper mechanics for boxing.

I cannot really review the product as it's been a month and I am yet to receive it. Nobody can give me proper tracking information and their solution is for me to receive 50% Of what I paid but not receive the goods. Yes you have read correct - I don't have the goods and all they can do is return 50%.

I ordered this for a Christmas gift for my kids. It arrived after Christmas. It is made in China. The bag doesn't stick longer than 5 seconds to anything. We have tried multiple walls. The refund policy is terrible-they only offer partial refunds. Not worth the money- don't purchase this product.

Purchased this towards the end of November to give to my son for a Christmas present. We tried to use it, but it only sticks for about 10 seconds just like all the other users are reporting. I reached out to the company who said they’re not going to accept a return and provide a full refund instead offered me a refund of 10% which would equal $8 for a faulty product. Do not buy this and believe all the other negative reviews that you’ve read, it’s a useless product.

The bag seems decent but the suction cup doesn’t work at all.
I’ve tried on clean walls, glass and laminate counters with no luck.
I’ve messaged on instagram and emailed customer service.
I didn’t get any replies but got a $10 store credit with no explanation so I guess that’s their answer.
There’s nothing on their store for $10 so I think they must want me to outlay the rest of the money to purchase a new bag (since they don’t have just the base available for purchase).
Very unhappy with my purchase and will be trying to get a refund, although with the lack of help I’ve had from customer service I’m not sure how I will go.

Pure money loss, very disappointing

Received my Rage- bag and it is everything they said it was and could be! Fantastic, fast and easy to assemble. Gloves are great!

I wish there were maybe a few more options in colours and the shipping time took what felt like forever.

I bought one for myself and one for my son/ grandson. Looking forward to fun and enjoyable workouts!

I'm hoping this toy will help my son calculate his speed in punching and control his wrist movements. So far he likes it and along with his weighted punching bag he likes testing his progression.

Overall this is a very enjoyable item. If anyone is having problems sticking the device to any surface then just put it on a glass plane. Overall it's exactly is advertised and I see the resourcefulness of this item and I look forward to training with this long-term.

Product is as shown in ads and keeps my kids entertained while simultaneously allowing me to train them.

The product has met my expectation! This started off as a gift for my children, but now im thinking of ordering me one as well! Great packaging, with easy do it yourself instructions. I've noticed that on certain surfaces the rage ball is more secure rather than wooded surfaces. Overall great product.

I wish I would have researched reviews before ordering. The videos they show on their website are very misleading. The suction cup does not stick to any wall surfaces. We have flat paint and it fell off immediately. Their customer service is very weak. They offered a new base, which obviously wouldn’t help one bit. They then generiusky offered me a $12 refund. I accepted this pitiful token just so it didn’t go without any consequence.

Ordered product over 3 weeks ago. Sent multiple follow up emails to check status and received no response. Product still not arrived and no refund. Terrible service and suspect this is a complete scam of a site.
