I am so thankful to Nova and the help that Chad Wilson provided, the process was extremely straight forward and a pleasant experience because Chad with Nova was professional at all times, very genuine and incredibly proactive. During the process to receive funds Chad stayed in contact with me and made sure any documents that Nova needed I was able to provide. In my past experience with other lenders I did not have someone like Chad calling me to keep me informed and my application did not sit on a desk for days with Nova because Chad actually cared and was there to help me get the loan I asked for. In addition to receiving the loan I asked for the interest rates at Nova are the best out there, try and find a better rate I doubt you could and pretend you did, Nova will match those rates. Hands down Nova is the best out there if you need financial assistance for your case. I can't believe how fast, and easy the entire process was, and to have someone helping you and treating you with respect and dignity really goes a long way with me. I not only recommend Nova to everyone I insist you call Nova before you try anywhere else. The five star rating was well deserved if I could give 10 stars I would and Chad who helped me deserves the 5 star rating 10 stars if possible as well. One star because I can’t give them less. I had given a bad review before and I get a call from Ron the owner and we speak about the experience with his rude ataff Mercedes! Well he said he was going to look into this and learn from it. Two days later I get his call to say that Mercedes spent to much time on my case. Lmfao when where cause that girl never gave me a call about anything I had to be on top of her. Any way ppl the reason you dont read the negativity is because he bribes the person whi give the bad review! He offered me 200.00 gas card to remove it. He said one of his staff will call me still waiting….. lol I text them man he says oh we must of understood it wrong you have to delete it first and then I will mail it to you. Well nothing and to see if he was homest man I Did and with gas prices on the rise I thought why not…… still nada……….. dishonest company and owner!
