Spare parts are a rip off!
I bought the easiair 2020. The big selling point is that you don’t need to replace the filters that often. Therefore, it will cost less than the half priced competitor over about a year. Turns out there’s a slight problem with that. The filters only come in packs of 6. So now I have to buy 3 years worth at a time. But that’s not the only thing. I wouldn’t hurt to have a spare hood for any accidents at work. They can only be bought in packs of ten.
Not only are they an absolute rip off on spares. They don’t reply to your emails either. I asked for some clarification on cleaning products and have yet to receive a reply. I’m sure they’ll won’t ever get in touch. How else would they sell me all their multi packs?
