The best extensions I’ve tried for the best price!
I’ve been using Full Shine hair for 3 years or longer. Before it started becoming popular from TikTok or any other things you see it on, I was looking for something that wasn’t going to break the bank but give me the same great results every time. If you’re wondering if you should order, do it now! I recently ordered new hair and had them installed. The quality of the hair along with the customer service is amazing, it makes it worth it to know how easy and fast it is to talk to someone if needed! I’ve never found a company so genuine and great about fixing issues and over all being great to their customers! I will say the blonde extensions offered are beautiful, I’ve always been a dark haired girly but these just changed my life! They are so easy to color match and give you the best results for a quarter of the price of big time extension brands. I truly hope full shine becomes one of those big brands in the extension world just to prove great things don’t have to cost 1000s! I can’t say enough great things about them!

Full shine makes great extensions that last up to 6 months if you take good care of them! I love the clip ins because they look real and can be easily taken out each night and washed separately every 1-2 weeks. I n have bought these for years and love them!

I have bought the hand tied sew in 24 inch wefts and they have been amazing so far. They don’t shed which was the first thing I was concerned about when buying a new brand. The wefts aren’t thin either.

I ordered extensions 2 weeks before a wedding paid expedited shipping was told 3-5 business days, they first lied and said there was a mixup and they waited 3 more days to tell me that they don’t even have them in stock and it’s now 2 days before the wedding I ordered from Goo- goo got them over night and absolutely beautiful hair Go to goo- goo I’m having my lawyer look into fullshine kind of looks like they are just taking every ones money and extra shipping charges.BAD BUSINESS

Delivery Dates Are A TOTAL LIE
I placed an order on August 11th. Expedited, 3-5 day delivery. It is now August 20th. The extensions have yet to ship, but they were very quick to charge me. I have emailed customer service with no response. I should have read the reviews before ordering. Please be aware!

So disappointed
So disappointed. I made a hair appointment to get extensions installed 6 days after I ordered them coming expedited. They email me the night before the extensions are supposed to arrive saying my address was incorrect in which it wasn’t. Tried to contact only thing I can do is email. I pay for expedited shipping for a reason I had taken the day off had a hair appointment total waste of time.

Defective Products & NO Customer Service
I have been a customer of Full Shine Hair Extensions via Amazon since 2020. I have always been satisfied with their product quality and great customer service. Then I ordered directly from their website, and I had a totally different experience.
I ordered 2 of their PU XO Weft Hair Extensions, both 22 inches long. These extensions are the latest hair extension innovation, making them difficult to find and very expensive. But since I had had so many great experiences with this company, I had no qualms about ordering some from them. And I ordered 2 so that I could do my entire installation (I have thin hair).
Unfortunately, both of the wefts they sent me were 20 1/2” long, not 22”! For what I paid, I expected the full length I ordered and is on my receipt. I photographed the extensions on a yard stick and contacted them immediately.
A week later, I had not heard back from them except for an automated reply, so I contacted them again. I advised them that I had very little hair because I had taken out my old (very used) extensions to install these XO Wefts + another 22” weft I already had, so now I had no hair that I could install! I received only another automated response.
2 1/2 weeks later I had heard nothing more from them, so I opened a dispute with Affirm, their financing company. I had chosen their “every 2 week no interest payment plan” to make the purchase affordable. Affirm received a response from Full Shine that they are “Looking into the matter”. What is there to look into? I sent them photos! What the heck do they mean?
They apparently no longer have a customer service team or simply don’t care about customer service any longer. Or perhaps they are receiving so many requests for returns that they just can’t handle them all. Whatever their excuse(s), I’m out 2 payments and have hair I cannot wear because the wefts I need to wear over these are 22” long. And I refuse to cut them because I was sent the wrong ones from Full Shine.
If you want to buy hair from Full Shine, do so ONLY on Amazon so you can get your money back! Do NOT buy off of their Website since there you will receive defective merchandise and receive no customer service.
