Paid £28 for order, never received it, contact made told me it was being dispatched yet not received and no further communication-
SCAM COMPANY do not purchase from here

What can I say……had a box of fudge for my birthday. It was amazing and I put in about 3 stone!!

Hi first time buyer with this company and I suffer with anxiety when buying with new people after 3 days I emailed them asking about my order the customer service was disgusting they were rude I explained my anxiety over this order and no reassurance was given another 3 days passed I emailed again and they were rude finally after 8 days my good arrived the boxes well wrapped but the contents were all over the place 50%of the goods were open and tipped in the box I didn’t email because of the rudeness I encounter I put it in my social media finally they commented asking me to message them direct that is what I did but I had no reply I have taken it further and I’m happy to announce I’ve received a refund via the way I payed due to the state the boxes were in so overall I would be cautious ordering from these people

Paid for next day but tracking info not updated until 3 days later - sweets left on doorstep by courier but not received. Terrible customer service from owner. My daughters were looking forward to giving these to their teachers
