Very Disappointed – Misrepresented Product and Poor Quality
I purchased a set of rear lights that were advertised as being made by Glohh, specifically for the L538 Range Rover Evoque. However, upon contacting Glohh directly, they have confirmed that they have never manufactured rear lights for this model, contradicting the seller’s claims.
The lights I received are poorly made, with visible moulding errors and do not fit properly. I paid £85 to have them professionally fitted, only to discover they are of substandard quality and misrepresented in the listing.
Despite the seller claiming they had discussions with Glohh, the company has confirmed they have no record of any such communication.
I am still awaiting a full refund, and have now raised the matter formally. Buyers beware — this is not a genuine Glohh product, and the quality is unacceptable.

To our own surprise, the supplier had swapped out the headlights for a different brand without telling us. We would never knowingly mislead anyone, and I truly regret that this happened.

I give a high rating first of all for the quality of the service: simple and intuitive site, well-made package and fast shipping.
The tail lights meet expectations but being aftermarket they don't fit exactly aligned with each other.
Anyway nothing to report, I will definitely buy again!

First there was no stock, so I got offered a simillar item, after a long wait for my order to my suprise I have received a harness bar instead of a catback exhaust system.

I am writing to express my extreme frustration with the ongoing issue regarding the headlights and bumper I ordered, both of which arrived broken. It has now been two weeks since I initially reached out to your team about this issue and requested a refund, but I have yet to receive any satisfactory response.
Unfortunately, I have not been able to get a timely reply from your customer service team—only one response per week, which is unacceptable. Furthermore, there seems to be a lack of decision-making ability regarding the return process, as the bumper’s box does not meet standard measurements. I understand this may present a challenge, but it should not delay the resolution of my problem.
I kindly request an immediate refund for these defective products, and I expect a clear plan for returning them. Please address this matter promptly, as it has already been far too long without a resolution.
