The worst experience ever!
The electrician came to do an el-check on my apartment to be sold, recommended by the administration company DEAS.
The electrician pointed 2 minor faults but when the report was sent, it listed 3 points to be corrected.
I tried contacting the said electrician in the company to verify why the report differed from what he told me, but I was side-lined each time.
Eventually his boss wrote me and insisted I deal with him and not the electrician.
On speaking on the phone, the boss was impolite, rude with his comments, and refused to give me access to the electrician. He insisted that the report was final and that there was no need for me to find out why the discrepancy.
He had an extremely arrogant attitude.
I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
Extremely poor customer service.
