Even if it took a little longer than you might know it otherwise, the package came neatly packed and undamaged, the goods are great, especially the price performance. Really good. It's basically the best I've found I think and well yes, a bit faster would be so nice, be great but otherwise what's the toll Now feed shipping is also not a D-ZUCH...

I ordered 250 Euro of dog food cans. The shipping took about 2 weeks, which is much longer than they advertise. Unfortunately, almost ALL of the cans in the shipment were damaged. Some cans had small dents, but many cans were so damaged and crushed that we could not use them at all. Some cans were even popped open and starting to rot. We contacted the customer service, and they were absolutely useless. They said it's not their fault, and there is nothing more they can/will do. I was completely shocked. I only asked for a refund for the cans that were popped open or too severely damaged to even think about using, but the Fuetternundfit customer service said no. They would not replace the severely damaged cans, either. I cannot believe a company with such bad service will be in business for much longer. This is not how you keep customers! I think if the warehouse staff are as lazy and incompetent as the customer service, then the cans were probably already damaged before shipping. I will never use this company again, and I am sharing my experience and pictures of the damaged cans on every social media platform I can find. I also made complaints to German and Austrian customer protection agencies.
