What an excellent establishment with a great bunch of lads. I Purchased an Audi TTRS from these guys, I've owned it nearly a month now. I'm an enthusiast who takes great care of his cars, so upon taking it to my trusted Audi specialists, they were very impressed with this car and how it had been presented and so well looked after. Having had bad experiences in the past, I purchased on the side of caution and these guys were more than happy for me to give the car a full inspection before parting with the money. We purchased a Range Rover Sport from FTR and only 7 days after driving away from the garage the engine management light was on. We were told to use the warranty we needed a VAT registered garage, so we took it to the closest to us, where we had several diagnostics done on the car and were informed there were several big issues and to take it back to LandRover who would have the technology to properly diagnose and fix the issues. After £550 worth of diagnostic checks (not covered by the 3 month warranty may I had), the car has come up with around £4,000 worth of faults! Faults that have also deemed the car unsafe to drive and by doing so could further damage the engine. NONE of the work is covered by the warranty, meaning we are £4,550 down with ZERO responsibility being accepted from Greg at FTR. We were told the car had been serviced and checked prior to sale, however Land Rover have assured us these issues have been ongoing with the car and not something that would have just popped up within 7 days of owning the vehicle. When Greg eventually sent over paper work showing checks on the car (after asking several times and not receiving them) its on this paper work the engine has a noise, (which the car still has and is a result of the engine issues), and the garage who have checks dit have wrote it “sounds like a squeak on the belt due to a leak”!! So the issue hasn’t been properly diagnosed, checked or fixed, a garage has purely gave an opinion that the issue “sounds like” a squeak on the belt, meaning we have been sold a car with issues that are costing US to fix. There were also several issues such as leaks etc on the paper work sent, that the car still has. Its okay doing “checks” on the car, but what good is it not fixing them and selling a car with faults, and assuring the buyer its in a good sellable condition. Gregs had a legal advisor e-mailing us accepting no responsibility and denying the diagnostics from our garage. He has offered to return the vehicle (we have already been without a vehicle longer than we wanted, and we asked for the issue to be sorted for a specific date as we need the car for important drs appointments for our baby, and they have offered an option dated 3 days after the asking date) to have it fixed. I have asked several times to allow us to have the vehicle fixed at the garage we have chose and trust to ensue a good and proper job is completed. Because without being rude, why would we trust a Greg or a garage to fix our car who has sold it to us with several issues, and has fobbed off faults as “sounding like” something it is likely not. I want to also add they are refusing us to return the car and receive a refund as we have owned the car over 30 days, even though I made Greg aware of the issues 7 days after driving the car away, and it is not our fault we had to wait weeks to get booked into a garage.
As i say i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND using this garage. Spent a lot of money on a car, which is now broke and that we cannot drive and are thousands of pounds of out pocket, with the only solution offered from the garage is not one we trust nor feel comfortable with given the situation we have been left in. I feel like our money has been taken, and now we are left with a broken car and a big bill.

Purchased a jaguar f pace for my wife during lockdown. Paid the asking price after being assured by Charlie that everything was correct. Greg delivered the car to our house & payment was made. Next day we noticed the SD card was missing & contacted Greg about it. Greg said he had the card in his desk & asked if we could drive up to the showroom. When we arrived Greg tried various cards but they didn’t work. Greg promised to sort one out. Didn’t here anything so text Greg. Had a reply from Charlie to say he would deal with it & sent him Reg no etc. Months have passed and no response. Seem like nice enough guys but disappointed with after sales service

Bought a Range Rover Autobiography from these guys in August 2021 and have to say both Charlie & Greg are both extremely professional, polite, reasonable and a pleasure to deal with and ensured the service they provided me from initial enquiry, sales and after sales was and is of the highest level. I purchased my Range Rover Vogue from FTR Performance and the experience was good considering Covid 19 limited our normal face to face buying selling process, I purchased the car without really seeing it or test driving it and it required some finance and it was all delt with professionally and all at a reasonable rate, I added some extras to the car like side steps and upgraded alloys and also added a year to the 12 months warranty offered with the car all for again a competitive rate, the handover of my car was good and the car was prepared to a very good standard, after driving away there was an issue with the wear on the breakpads and disks but they have now offered to contribute to the cost of replacements so hopefully this will be resolved and if it is then I will have no problem in coming back in the future to buy another car from this dealer

Nothing was to much trouble, very friendly and professional.
They kindly answered my oh so many questions.
FTR even payed the bill to my own garage to have a service done as they hadn’t done one and the the previous one was 10 months old.
Now that’s what you call great customer service.
Hopefully I won’t need to purchase another car for many years to come but I would not hesitate to recommend these guys in a heartbeat!!!
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUDE !!
Approached the guys at this garage and asked about an evoque for sale.
The guy "salesman" handed me the key and left us to look around the car, then got in his own car and drove off!
After being left to our own devices for 10/15 minutes we had to go and find someone to speak to. We wanted to take the car for a drive as we really liked it.
Some young lad told us that wasn't possible as it was too much hassle for their insurance and that they weren't sure if we wanted the car! Absolutely outrageous! We are not going to hand over £15,000+ for a car that we haven't even seen turn a wheel.
Some points to think of.
1.Take your bloody ear pods out and show some respect and interest in your customers.
2. Don't sod off when someone wants to buy a car from you.
3. Give the right spec of the car and at the very least.. clean it!
4. Don't give the keys over for 15 minutes and then tell your potential customer that going for a test drive is too much hassle for your insurance... I could have stolen the thing.
We found another car the same day within a similar budget, after a 20 minute test drive and a good chat the deal was done.
Obviously FTR wasn't interested in selling that day.
Sadly
Sadly, after a fantastic start to my purchase and after my Mercedes developing several mechanical problems the communication with FTR died off. Also despite assurances that a mileage issue recorded with Mercedes Service would be rectified, it hasn’t. Consequently I’m having problems in attempting to px the car as I’ve simply had enough of it. Very disappointing !!!!

A great, trustworthy place where to buy a used car. I bought a a used Audi A3 and exchanged my Peugeot 207. The customer service care I received was great ! The purchase process was smooth and Greg was very friendly, professional and very keen to explain things in details. I was not pressured to buy which is something I was looking for compared to other places I have been to.
