This company are apparently dealing with the now closed Laybuy. I have written to them three times now to try to recover a £400 refund that was sent to a Laybuy virtual card in error. So far I've had radio silence. At this stage I'm not holding out much hope of ever seeing a penny of that refund. I've a feeling FTI are seeing it the same way too.
