The flower arrangement that was…different from what I ordered

The flower arrangement that was delivered was far from what I had ordered- nothing was simlar about it. Although FTD did respond quickly to my complaint, they only refunded the delivery fee and provided a generic apology response. Will not order from them again as I won't trust I'm getting what I ordered.

I would have put zero if there was one

I would have put zero if there was one. The flowers that were received were not the ones I ordered. I messaged FTD and no response back from them.They don’t stand by accurate deliveries….

Beautiful flowers and they was brought on time! I asked for a time, it wasn’t guarantee, but still managed to get them there at the time I requested! I will always give them my business!!

small for price

When I saw the bouquet that we sent, I thought it was on the small size for the price. I have ordered with you before and felt like I got my moneys worth. This time I didn't. The flowers were pretty, but the bouquet was small.

The bouquet of flowers that I ordered

The bouquet of flowers that I ordered, looked nothing like it when it was delivered. It was supposed to be a bright, pink, yellow spring floral arrangement, and that’s not what was received. It was actually quite dull looking. Sorry for the negative feedback as this was the first that I was not pleased with FTD florist usually, what you order is what you get

Flowers arrived on the day it was supposed to. The delivery called and asked for directions instead of not delivering the flowers. To me that was a big plus.
