Suspected Counterfeit pet products…

Suspected Counterfeit pet products impersonated frontline plus spot on dog and cat flea treatment. Product does not have usual smell or viscosity of product. Packaging looks photo copied batch serial and expiry dates all the same. Tried contacting for refund and told us we could not return for refund as we already have delivery and “just use it, it is not fake” reported to trading standards and will not be using. Website no contact details for company except a suspect gmail email address.
