Unreliable seller

Unreliable seller. When I first entered this website to buy a belt buckle it was reported free shipping costs all over EU countries (included Italy). I tried to order redeeming also 5EUR coupon.
Marlo Franhofer, the site owner, blocked the purchase after the Paypal payment. I wrote to him, asking what happened.
He said he made a mistake and changed the shipping conditions. He didn’t comply to his own conditions that he modified unilaterally.
A disappointing case of pre-contractual non-fulfilment.
Again. UNRELIABLE SELLER.
