I ordered flowers for a friend on her…
I ordered flowers for a friend on her birthday. I had hesitated because it seemed like a lot of money. I was offered a discount by the company to encourage me. Well that was bogus. I wound up paying $75 after delivery charge etc for a "decent" flower arrangement.
That wasn't my plan
After this review was sent, From You Flowers contacted me and said they would refund half of what I paid. I was surprised and glad I didn't just let it go.

Not like the picture and smaller than expected
The flowers I got compared to what I ordered were similar but not near as pretty as the picture and a lot smaller than expected. I was not happy when I got to the funeral home and saw them sitting by my son’s casket. I would have thought for the price paid it would have been much nicer than it was.

flower arrangement displayed is not the same received
I love the flower arrangement displayed that I selected however the actual flower arrangement received by my son and his wife and their newborn baby was smaller and not as full as shown. The image is misleading. I paid nearly $100 for that when it should be $60 based on the actual arrangement received!
