I paid extra to be delivered before noon and it was over an hour and a half late

This is the second time I buy from”From You Flowers” the first time the flowers didn’t look like expected, less quantity than shown in the picture but at least the delivery was fast. This second time the flowers looked worst and they delivered it 4 days after the expected date. They would send apologies saying they couldn’t deliver the flowers but they would do it the following day, and it was like that for 4 days, it was a very special occasion and they ruined it, especially with the way the flowers looked. It was very expensive for what they actually give, horrible experience and a waste of money and time.

I ordered the exquisite size Fields of Gold Mason Jar ($69.99, basically $70!), and it was the biggest, best, and the most expensive option, and what was delivered looked like a $20 bag of flowers from the grocery store; actually, they look better!

This was a gift for a family member who had just had surgery for cancer.

She sent me a pic to show me what she received, and I showed her the website pic; we were both mortified. Her bouquet had 3 flowers at best, and the website for the option I paid top dollar for shows at least 5 with maybe more on the backside.

Sadly, she informed me that she had the same experience with this company when she sent flowers to her mom.

This company is robbing customers so blatantly and horribly that they should be ashamed of themselves!!! I will NEVER order from them again. Deplorable.

I also paid extra for same-day delivery, and they were delivered the next day!

I would post pics to show you the tragedy of the measly flowers if the site permitted it, so you could see for yourselves.

This was a horrible service, and I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY EVER!

Very poor card and wrong flowery arrangements

I paid for the before 12pm delivery but the order wasn't delivered until 4:30 pm.
The arrangement was nice.

This is my second time ordering from this great website and really in both experiences the gift arrived on time and very fast plus it was super appreciated and loved by the receiver! Best quality, reasonable price, and fast delivery...lOVE it!

The receipt was given to the recipient in the arrangement and there was no card included that I specifically typed out for it to say. There was no graduation balloon either!

Everything went perfect! My daughter was so excited and they even took a pic of the delivery!

I was happy to have credit from my last purchase. The flowers were sent to Aunt Ann in a retirement facility. She and her daughter said the bouquet was very beautiful and brighten up her room. Everything from ordering to delivery went smooth.

We started out well. The order seemed good. I gave you an incorrect address (by two letters). The flowers were attempted to be delivered. Recipient could not be found. I made one or two calls. to your company. In the end the flowers were delivered to a neighbor. I kept in touch with you and recipient. She found the flowers at a neighbor's house and got them long after the special occasion. I claim my part of the fault, but still the whole situation was too long andI'm pretty sure the flowers were almost finished when they reached the recipient. Sorry.

The flowers were suppose to be white daisies and pink baby roses according to your website. The roses were pink carnations. They were from Harris Teeter and they sitting in a box and had tilted and the water spilled out

Price was good; delivery occurred as requested; friend who received the flowers was very pleased and said they were gorgeous!

The floral arrangement was very beautiful. I was somewhat disappointed that it had red roses instead of lavender roses. It kinda looked totally different than how it was pictured. I ordered that one for my Granddaughter because her favorite color is purple. However I will be kind and give it 5 stars despite my disappointment. The Bouquet is called Color Me Purple and is in a purple vase and is pictured with purple carnations and lavender roses and lavender and white daisies and a accent of small yellow flowers and greenery. The one that my Granddaughter received really didn't look the same. I probably won't order from You Flowers again. They are unreliable and don't care about customer satisfaction, only about getting paid. I have also just learned that my Granddaughter didn't receive the balloon and the teddy bear that was supposed to be included with the flowers. So I have now changed my rating down to 1 star and I am including that I am Very Disappointed and unhappy with this.
