Cheap product and unhelpful service
Ordered 4 White Free Standing Picket Fencing with Feet, opened packaging and 2 item received were damaged where palisade at the end was completely off and nails were sticking out as hazard. tried putting it back together, next day fallen off again, very cheap material used to put the fence together. tried resolving with seller, was advised i signed for it as clean and therefore can not claim as damaged even though damage could not have been seen prior to opening the package. Also they do not understand how it keeps happening, have tried to blame it was damaged on my end instead. been told to return using my own courier for a refund even though item is damaged and due to weight and dimentions returns is too costly. Cost paid £270 for cheap material fence and unhelpful service, very bad experience
