Amazing experience! Quick shipping and great customer service!!!!

Friscoguns provided a great experience to shop from. I bought 10 boxes of ammo and the ordering process and shipping were flawless. Not only that my order was received in a very timely matter, via FedEx, Friscoguns circled back to ensure I actually received it. That was a very courteous and professional service. Tough start as the laser sight I was sent was defective from the manufacture. They had no issue with a return , straight forward to do. They had to order a replacement and I asked if they could check to see if it functions. Jennifer actually called me to see if she was testing it properly and checked with a coworker. They made sure it was and even sent me a video of it working. Can’t ask for more than that kind of effort.

I worked with Mark and Jen of the Frisco Guns team when I had questions about an order I placed. They were not only extremely quick to respond, but the answers were straight forward and helpful. They even anticipated questions I might ask and gave me additional detail that helped me without multiple interactions. Internet firearms purchasing can be hit or miss with some really shady businesses but Frisco Guns hit a home run with me and for that I will always be grateful.
