My customer has not received an invoice. I had to sent the invoice manually after my customer started asking about it. I have double check that the email was correct.

Excellent service: knowledgeable, helpful, and quick. Their fees are a little bit higher than their competitors, but at least in my case, this was very much worth it.

Everything is great
Everything is great, they helped me with the invoice and informed me with the wrong information. Only that when they forward the invoice to me, it was someone else’ invoice. But they fixed that then when I told them. They answer very quickly and very friendly. Highly recommended.

Excellent service for national transfers, but can be improved when one's customers are abroad
It is an excellent idea, and when goes smoothly, it saves so much time, which would have otherwise been used to learn about and deal with all the various fees and taxes, and no need to worry if you are doing it correctly within the current law framework.
However, my clients are abroad and sending e-invoices and getting paid turned out to be quite a cumbersome process. Now I know how to do it more smoothly, but I think it would have been better if it was clear from the forms. One example is that the PO number doesn't appear on the final invoice even though the form is asking to fill it. Or that the client has to use OCR number while they don't know what it is and are used to invoice numbers. Lack of PO number on the invoice and lack of OCR number on payment made quite a challenge on both ends.

The reason why we do not use PO numbers very much is that the majority of our own employees invoice without a PO number. However, it could definitely have been a supplement.
