Appalling customer service

Arranged in September for a delivery in December giving then a one week delivery window - all confirmed by Fridelux
Missed the delivery slot and are now not answering our e mails for money back

Good service for purchase made in France

I ordered an extra fridge/freezer for our property in France and it was all straight forward including stating that my French wasn’t ideal for over the phone so an English speaking customer service person did the liaison for that part. Very happy with the service and the product.,
