No love for a repeat customer of over 5 years
In late November I reordered a filter from you all like I've been doing for several years. yet this time (and through a suggestion on your site), I broke from the traditional one and chose an alternative which was less expensive but still was to OEM compatible.

I have also included the pictures we spoke about on the phone and the damage that this has caused my wood floors. I would suspect that it would be well within your company's interest to provide a replacement unit as soon as possible, and at your costs, so that I will continue to order these from FridgeFilters for my both my refrigerators and my water filter system as well.
