Awful & Worst Managing Agents to work with

No words to express how bad this company and Jacqui can be. No sign of respect, politeness and humanity. Only thing that she knows how to disrespct people and collect money. We are block of 18 tenants and not even one tenants are happy with her and her company. Unfortunately the company who owns the freehold have something to gain hence they haven't replaced her in last few years. I do not recommend anyone to use them as they are unethical and not worth to engage in to business.

So many bad experiences!

Didn't realise just how awful this company and Jacqui are until I saw posts here. Also, check out freshpm's reviews on their own Facebook page! It's full of negative reviews and customers with very bad experiences dealing with them. AVOID!

Disgusting behaviour

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Jacqui is full of threats (empty threats, mind you!). She's unpleasant to deal with and will literally scream down the phone. God knows why our building's director has chosen to work with them. They will threaten you if you say you want to complain. They will charge you something for anything, trying to gaslight you that they have the right to charge when they don't.

Exploitative and Extremely Rude

Jacqui was extremely rude, often dodged questions and clearly took pleasure in overcharging me £100 (other tenants paid £50) for a replacement gate key when I temporarily lost mine. Her justification was that they didn't have spare ones which is why I had to pay double, but that clearly shouldn't be on me.

I then found my original one and offered to give it back so that the next people wouldn't have to get charged double (it worked perfectly despite her telling me it wouldn't).

When I asked if the next person would indeed not be charged double and if me providing the original gate key would help as a result, she then kept dodging the question and then got really nasty on the phone, with the call eventually ending in her just hanging up.

She also kept accusing me of being rude despite her clearly being rude than me, with her often being extremely condescending as well. When I brought up dealing with mold and a rat issue with the building and flat, she said it wasn't her problem and that I would have to deal with it myself.

Terrible people and I can see why the reviews are so low. Would recommend you stay away!

Run. Run fast. Run far.

Why anyone in their right mind would use Fresh is beyond me. Jacqui is unprofessional and extremely unpleasant to deal with. Our block of flats is going from bad to worse because her and her staff are totally unapproachable. They try to make money out of absolutely anything. Read their emails carefully - sometimes they try and make you *think* that you *must* do something from the words they use in their sentences.
Let the negative reviews be a warning to those considering using Fresh.

Not a good start

I received a welcome letter and invoice from this company, who are newly appointed as our property managers, which included so many errors that I thought it might be fraudulent. I looked them up online and wrote to their email address with a list of errors and a request for the corrected correspondence to be resent to me. There was a prompt but unhelpful response, not admitting to any of the more substantive errors (including sending me the statement for a different flat, with a different amount due), followed by a phone call where the manager attempted to deflect and patronise me, explaining how a statement is organised and what each column means. A corrected statement has now been promised, though I am frankly alarmed by their attitude when so much is at stake, and mutual trust going forward is essential. A very unpromising start to our professional relationship.

Absolutely abysmal service

Absolutely abysmal service. As others have said, the staff are extremely rude and charge astronomical service fees whilst doing the bare minimum required within their contract. Despite this, they've still managed to overspend and mess up their own accounting to the point that we're now being charged additional fees (£800+ per flat) to cover a deficit in last year's accounts that they've only just discovered?!

We seem to be paying for them to send nonsensical accounts information and threatening emails. They treat our block like an unpleasant dictatorship. Avoid.

Update: Our front door lock started locking people into the building. Fresh sent a "locksmith" to remove the lock and left the building without any lock overnight (for context, this is a building in Peckham that has had multiple break-ins and a resident sexually assaulted). Their emergency phone lines were not answered and no apology was given. Unreal.

Probably one of the worst property management companies going. Rude, extremely slow and impossible to work with. The only answer is to try and get another management company.

Avoid like the plague!

Fresh PM are among the most unpleasant, unprofessional, ignorant, rude and incompetent organisations I have encountered.
They act as though they are landlords and treat owners and lessees of the blocks they manage as if they were council tenants, forgetting that they are supposed to be service providers. Their contracting processes lack transparency and they appear to form close relationships with certain directors which they use to obtain and abuse power. Avoid!

Despite writing to them and posting…

Despite writing to them and posting here last year. They are still sending out 'account overdue' letters for ground rent on a property my mother owns the freehold too. She bought the freehold out in January 2021 yet they keep asking for ground rent. A quick check on the Land Register should have been done when we raised this last year. Absolute scam artists tarteting vulnerable old people with scary letters. Reporting to the financial ombudsment and the police.

Awful Customer Service

If I could give a rating of no stars I would. The customer service from the whole team is horrendous. When I asked if I could pay the service charge on a payment plan to stop the account going into arrears I was basically told no. That is was my fault and that I should be better with money. I have never known a company like it. I have never seen a single Fresh maintenance worker on my development I'm not sure what on earth we are paying for.

Manage Windsor Court NW11

Manage Windsor Court NW11 - an awful company who avoid responsibility on what they manage - Their customer service is appalling leaving leaseholders and tenants in disrepair and neglect. They pay NO attention to the task which they have been entrusted. CONTEMPTIBLE

Poor customer service

I had have dealt with many agents and I thought Fresh PM was really poor. I had a legitimate question on why our building insurance had gone up 23% when there’s no change to the building.
I was given a curt reply and told to go and ask the insurance brokers myself..….so much for property management and customer service.

Terrible, stay away if you can.

As soon as you've got a problem they'll do whatever they can to deny their responsibility and will charge liabilities that are theirs. Very simple processes suddenly become endless and you get stuck in endless e-mails and phone calls. Avoid at all cost.
