Bought a Hershel cap from this company. The cap I received is different from the photos they show on the website. Sent an email to the customer service and no one has replied me.
Still waiting on my delivery of a wallet , tried emailing and have received nothing back . Tracked my order and nothing has been changed in the last week . hopefully will receive this parcel soon. I wouldn’t purchase from this website if you want quick delivery.
I've returned an order, but never received my money back (ca. 130€). My mails have been unanswered. Very disappointed and for me unfortunately a reason to shop with proven vendors.

I ´ve bought Nickelson jacket. It was too small I´ve sent it back. After 10 days still no refund. I ´ve sent email with tracking nr of returned package.
After 2 weeks still have no jacket, no money back, no anwers....
DONT RECOMEND THIS SHOP! They have problems with returns.
I wonder if I ever see my 250euros again.
I have sent you my order nr, my tracking nr of returning package and all info several times last week. I write to you every day. STILL NO ANSWER FROM YOU BY MAIL. After this week I´m filling out the form for EU court for internet disputes and we will see if you´ll still be playing dead bug after court sends you a payment order. You cannot get away with this just because I´m foreigner.
