Didn't receive the full advertised clean - disappointed!
Booked a £90 full valet which advertised the wet vacuuming of the mats, fabric areas and seats. Only the mats were done and this was only after I asked because I saw them being put back in the footwells after a dry vacuum. Internal windscreen also appears not to have been done as still very streaky.
The appointment was also moved three times after booking, which wasn't great.
My car looked clean but as I didn't receive the full service paid for (and £90 isn't cheap!), I can't rate it more than 2 star.

Extremely easy to book on a day and time that I wanted. Great communication from Harun, the fresh car representative, letting me know when he was arriving. Harun was professional and courteous and his work ethic was exemplary. At the end of the appointment my vehicle was left in near showroom condition. Excellent Mini Valet Service
Easily organised, I made an error with my dates and they quickly rescheduled me to a later slot in the day which worked for me.
The valeter arrived on time and was very friendly and engaging. He got to work and had my mini valet done quickly and without fuss.
When finished he checked I was happy and satisfied with his work before leaving.
The car was not overly dirty inside or out and looked like new when finished. I was very happy with the company, the service and the mini valet. I would certainly use them again if needed and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

James was brilliant
James was brilliant , he spent over 4 hours on my one year old car, I had previously had a very bad experience with a valeter called Osran a Blackman I think that’s his name, who stopped work because I’d phoned head office about saying it would take 2.5 hours for a signature valet because my car was clean!
His attitude was appalling.

I would strongly advise anyone considering Fresh Car to look elsewhere. My experience with both Stevie and Luke was nothing short of appalling from start to finish.
Communication was poor throughout. On Luke’s third visit to rectify the defects he had left behind, he failed to attend at the agreed time and nobody had the courtesy to contact me to explain he would be late. That set the tone for the entire experience.
The quality of the repair was completely unacceptable. My black Range Rover was returned covered in handprints and residue across the freshly painted panel. The paintwork itself was riddled with defects, including dust contamination and a visible white line running down the door where the finish had clearly failed. This is basic workmanship that simply should not leave a professional repairer.
What was even more shocking was the technician’s attitude. On the day, I had to point out defects on four separate occasions before he finally admitted, “I was hoping you’d let me get away with a few defects.” To hear that from someone you’re paying to repair a premium vehicle is astounding. It demonstrated that he knew the work was below standard but was willing to leave it that way in the hope I wouldn’t notice.
Rather than taking responsibility, the company spent weeks avoiding accountability. They eventually sent the same technician back to inspect the vehicle despite already being provided with clear photographic evidence on the day of the repair. He then claimed there were no faults and failed to photograph the defects, forcing me to provide yet more evidence of issues that had existed all along.
The entire process has been frustrating, time consuming and completely unnecessary. Instead of owning their mistakes and putting things right, they chose to dispute obvious defects and prolong the matter.
If you care about your vehicle, especially if it’s a prestige car, do yourself a favour and avoid Fresh Car. Poor communication, poor workmanship, poor customer service and a complete lack of accountability. I would not trust them with any vehicle again.

Firstly, we apologise that the repair required further visits to address defects following the initial appointment. While the dent repair itself was successfully completed on the first visit, we acknowledge there were finish-related issues, including the handprint you have mentioned, which required further attention. This is not the level of workmanship we strive for, and we regret the inconvenience this caused.
We also apologise that Luke was delayed on one of the return visits and that no one contacted you in advance to advise of this. Once we were notified of the delay, we understood he had been held up on a previous appointment and was running slightly behind schedule. When this was explained, it was our understanding that his revised arrival time was acceptable. That said, we appreciate that your time is valuable, and we are sorry that better communication was not provided.
Following the first return visit, our technician was unfortunately unable to carry out the agreed work as he was not given the opportunity to do so. It was then agreed that he would return on a further occasion to address the remaining areas of concern.
Regarding the final visit, we have spoken with the technician, who advised that he confirmed you were happy with the work before he left and based on the photographs provided to us indicated that the repair has been finished to an acceptable standard, with no visible defects remaining. We appreciate that you hold a different view, but this was the assessment based on the evidence available to us.
Throughout this matter, we have remained committed to resolving your concerns and have maintained regular correspondence with you. We also offered a significant discount in recognition of the inconvenience caused. We are therefore sorry to learn that you feel we did not handle the situation appropriately or in a timely manner, as this was never our intention.
We value all customer feedback, as it helps us improve both our workmanship and our service. We regret that your experience has left you with this impression of our business and wish you all the best going forward.
