I had a signature Valet done by Stevie today. The profile did say it was like when your car came new out of the show room. I vouch that this is absolutely true. Stevie worked solidly for 4 hours and the result is outstanding. Suffice to say I am delighted. I have used Fresh Car Valeting before and I would definitely use again. Come highly recommended by me, especially Stevie.

Disappointing Experience With Fresh Car Franchise
I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent experience with Fresh Car.
I joined with genuine enthusiasm and a long-term vision, paid the required deposit, and looked forward to beginning the onboarding and training process. My intention was not only to build a successful business with Fresh Car but also to invest further and expand in the future.
However, after deciding not to proceed, I was informed that £600 would be deducted from my deposit for “staff time” and preparatory work. When I requested a clear, itemised breakdown explaining how this amount had been calculated, no detailed evidence was provided.
At the time of my withdrawal, I had not attended training, completed onboarding, received customers, started operating, or generated any income. As a result, I found it difficult to understand how such a significant deduction could be justified without a transparent explanation.
My primary concern is the lack of transparency throughout this process. Despite repeated requests, I was only advised that the deduction related to internal staff time and preparatory work, without any supporting evidence detailing hours worked, tasks completed, or the basis for the calculation.
I was also disappointed by the way my concerns were handled. Rather than receiving the clarification I requested, I was presented with a final position and informed that no further discussion would take place.
This experience has significantly affected my confidence in the business. I had originally intended to pursue future investment opportunities with Fresh Car, but the handling of this matter has unfortunately changed that position.
I believe transparency, fairness, and open communication are fundamental to any franchise relationship. Regrettably, my experience did not reflect those standards. I therefore request a full and detailed explanation of the £600 deduction and a review of the decision to retain these funds.

The deposit terms, including the non-refundable nature of the payment, were clearly set out on the invoice provided prior to payment being made, which constitutes acceptance of those terms. Upon your decision to withdraw, and despite having no obligation to do so, we offered a goodwill refund of £3,000 as a gesture of good faith.
It is important to note that the decision to withdraw was communicated on Friday 29th, just two days before your start date of Monday 1st. By this point, all preparation had been completed and our team was fully ready to begin. The £600 deduction reflects the genuine staff time and preparatory work committed across our onboarding and marketing teams in anticipation of your start date.
We communicated this position clearly and consistently across multiple exchanges and are confident that we acted fairly, transparently, and in accordance with our terms throughout this process.
We genuinely wish you well in your future endeavours.

I booked the £100 full valet and was really impressed with the results. The guy arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left my car looking almost brand new inside and out. The paint had a nice shine, tyres were dressed, and the interior smelled fresh. He was polite and clearly took pride in his work. I’d happily recommend them to anyone wanting a proper deep clean rather than a quick wash.

Outstanding Service and Quality Work
I recently needed some paint damage repaired on my car after I accidentally removed some of the paint while using a jet wash. Fresh Car arranged for two local lads to come out and carry out the repair, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.
Communication from Fresh Car was excellent throughout, and the two lads who carried out the work were friendly, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way.
Most importantly, the quality of the repair was outstanding. The finish is flawless, and you would never know there had been any damage. Their workmanship and attention to detail were first class.
