Im this moment

Im this moment, 23/03/2024 watching LIVE footage from Moscow due to the terror attack. Then I see a FREJA truck driving by in the middle of the picture. I thought Russia was off limmits for respectable companies.

We can confirm that the trailer in the video is neither owned nor utilized by FREJA. It was previously leased by FREJA, and subsequently returned to the rental company. Upon return, the rental company is obligated to remove any logos or names; however, regrettably, it appears that this was not done. We want to emphasize that we do not have any business operations in Russia.

Very bad company

A huge company that wants to boast of managing quality transport but they don't even know what it means. It took me 4 days to get information about a package that arrived from the United States. After waiting two months and monitoring the track almost every day.
Everything went well until Freja Transportation intervened and destroyed everything in a few days.I don't know how many employees I spoke to, and none of them was able to give me an answer, I was able to find out more as a private individual than their employees.
They reported the goods as delivered on the Freja portal when instead they sent it back to Germany. I continually make purchases with transport companies who, before delivering, warn you that they will do it, instead at Freja they have never deigned to leave a message, a phone call or a ticket in the big letterbox 30x40 cm very obvious, any idiot driver could post a message of their delivery.
In 40 years I have never had such a negative experience with a transport company.

It's literally impossible to get a hold…

It's literally impossible to get a hold of anyone that knows anything about ones shipment at your company, in this case it was a shipment from Beliani that went via you. They did reach out in the end and the shipment was delivered. You really need to get some support staff and system in place.

Extremely sloppy and rude

They sent me a message that they ll send my delivery the next day. I skipped work but next day nobody stopped by so I sent them a mail. They told me to contact with supplier and stopped answering my other mails. I was just asking them that I got a message from them and if they can give me more information on the status. The supplier told me it was their fault but they will deliver again the next day. So I skipped work again the day after. Kept sending them mail to ask if they will deliver but no answer. The little diva behind the computer decided not to care and that’s it.

Always late

Always late, using for the most chep east European slaves, there for the most damge the goods, and then Freja refuges to pay, or tale any responsbilty for the damge there drivers have make on the goods!!
