Horrible Experience
Just a bad experience at every corner with this site. First off, nearly 80% of the slots after I deposit I come to find out “isn’t available in my country” despite playing it on every single other website.
Went for live games to find out they don’t contribute to playthrough so I will be forced to play slots I have never heard of already.
This site also just has week rewards. Barely anything at sign up and through my play, this has been the worst luck i’ve had on a casino. Was award free spins with my purchase, usually can make a few bucks, though 20 spins, not even $1. I then use my money on a slot, immediately eats $20 with returning a few wins after eating 1000% of that win. Not to mention one of my “free spins” award is stuck and just not redeeming.
Extremely horrible experience on this site and they use manipulative tactics to force the player into losing.
Edit: I thought the playthrough was just once for the bonus. Nope, did it fully on slots, earned some back on live games it’s back unredeemable. Basically you have to run your money through a horrible slot to get your money out. Disgusting.

You never win on this site
You never win on this site. They will let win good one time to hook you and that’s it. They will slowly get back what they paid out. I have tried several times to close my account but they won’t. They will offer $10 for you to keep playing in which you won’t win anything. It’s tiresome. Also, it takes a week before you can get your redemption. I just wouldn’t waste my time. Since I can’t close the account, I mostly play the free plays.

Updated**"*** I went to redeem and it said "redemption is not allowed" I clicked on the KYC to make sure I was verified and it said I was so... I contacted live support and they told me it looked like there was an issue with my address and that I needed to send address verification. I sent my bank statement, my ID front and back, my debit card front and back. 5 days later and I'm still waiting for a response... Crickets... Nothing!!! Everytime I message live support about it they just tell me I have to wait for KYC to send me an email.... Ugh I'm beginning to think that email may never come.... Update****I was able to redeem finally. Now let's see how long it takes to receive a bank wire.... So far they haven't accepted my request yet and it's been 7 hours since I redeemed.

My overall experience with Free Spjn has been very good aside from the verification process. Not sure what happened but it wasn’t pleasant at all. Had it not been for this .. I would have given 5 stars. ⭐️ I have to say the player support is usuallyi pretty quick about replying back.. However, the message is often some kind of pre written response that may or may not have anything to do with whatever your issue may be. The KYC team and redemptions needs a serious speed up
The KYC team needs a serious speed up, as well as redemptions. To redeem it shouldn't take the whole NEXT day to be accepted, since I already had to wait 3 days for my LYC bank verification to go through. 5 days now and my first redemption just got approved, now I have reached the "global" limit, so I have to wait till the NEXT day to redeem more. So going on 6 days. Then I will have to to make another redemption so it will be another 2 days. Just an awful experience to redeem sweep coins.
