Free Spin Casino needs to work on their customer service skills and getting their redemptions processed. I won a week ago and I've won there once before and I still do not have my payout and I chose crypto for it. On their site it says bitcoin takes 27 minutes. On Friday I asked about my payout and they were very snarky about it. Saying it takes the people take 3 business days to process it. Why do they advertise quick payouts when it's far from it. Last time even with me buying a coin package I only received $25 out of the $250 I had won. I bought coins again last week after playing the free coins I had and put $100 for my payout. I think it's ridiculous when you buy their gold coins (which i never use because i feel it's a waste) that I didn't receive my entire redemption especially since I bought coins and when requesting a redemption that time it said I was able to redeem $250 and received $25. This time it said I had $100 to receive. I would still like my other $225. And let's hope they pay me the entire $100. If not I won't be going back there. That would be pure proof it's not a legit place to play.
