While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Poor Customer Service

I signed up for a 1-month plan and paid $6 plus tax. However, because I had previously enrolled in a plan and then cancelled it, my account was shown as "Service suspended, membership expired." I complained and it took them two days to fix the problem, during which I wasn't able to use the service, even though I had paid to re-enroll. Since my need was urgent I found another service (smallpdf.com) that worked fine. I immediately tried to cancel the service and asked them to refund my $6 initial charge since I wasn't able to use it when needed. They refused to give me a refund. Do not use this service; they have poor customer support and automatically charge you for additional periods unless you fight with them.

It is a SCAM

It is a SCAM, they hook you into a "monthly subscription" , but when you unsubscribe, you dont get any document stating this, you think you ended their billing, but next month you get a suprise un approved charge! When you contact them to complain about this, they claim you never unsubscribed!, but they will do it now so you wont be charged again... it is a WELL THOUGHT SCAM STRATEGY and people who dont check their credit card billl probably get charged many more times!!!
