Ordered Miele vacuum cleaner, delivered two days later, 25% cheaper that John Lewis!

Ordered 5 new appliances very good value, could deliver on a Sunday for a small fee of £4.99. Excellent service throughout, kept up to date with order and delivery timings. Delivery drivers were very helpful and courteous. All round brilliant experience would highly recommend and would use again.

I ordered a vacuum cleaner from freeNET. It was the first time I had used them, and frankly, I had never heard of them before. The price was great. They kept me informed about my order, dispatch, delivery date etc, and even sent a text to give me an hour slot for expected delivery. The courier however let the side down. They claimed that they couldn't find my address, and rather than attempt to deliver the item again, they gave me no option but to either collect from the depot or collect from the nearest collection shop, which was nearly 2 miles away. I cant fault freeNET though, very efficient with good customer service.

We have never purchased from this Company before, and only came across them by chance on the internet.
