I just made my first purchase from FreeNET Electrical. Item arrived just perfect and as described.
I also had to call the customer service and they were extremely helpful and efficient.
Will definitely use this company again

Exceptional. Easy to navigate website, competitive pricing, slick ordering process (kept fully informed) and very quick delivery (via DPD - always reliable). Completely satisfied and would recommend.

freeNET Electrical accepted an order via the website that listed the item as 'Order now for FREE delivery from supplier within 3 working days'. I later received an email confirming that they had taken payment and would ship the product by the end of the month (several weeks) once they had received stock from the supplier. Not good. Unable to request a cancellation/refund today as their customer service office is only open until 1pm. Not impressed at all - seriously unprofessional!

After ordering a VAX carpet cleaner it arrived the next day which was great. On putting together I found out a screw was missing, so contacted the customer service department. They were very apologetic and sent a replacement screw a couple days later.
Great company and really recommend using.

If there were 10 stars I would have given them more, I had an issue with purchase and Peter from freenet went above and beyond to rectify the problem.
First class service, I’m a sole trader and I would hope I give the same sort of customer service that this company gives. Thanks again.

I had a problem with an item damaged during delivery. The company dealt with this really quickly and efficiently, replacing the item without question and making sure that the packaging was more appropriate. The customer service was excellent; good humoured, friendly and efficient. Just what I needed. I would thoroughly recommend.
