As a completely new user on Freelancer, I accidentally created a contest instead of looking for projects to participate in. This resulted in an unexpected €40 charge, and I was initially very confused and worried about what I had done.

Joan F. handled my situation with incredible professionalism, patience, understanding, and kindness. He took the time to understand what had happened, reviewed my case carefully, and went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. Thanks to his assistance, the contest was cancelled and the €40 refund was processed.
