I’m a bit surprised by your response. I contacted Stripe Atlas only to verify the offer before purchasing your premium membership, which is a normal step for any customer.
Stripe support did not mention anything about users being “flagged” for asking about discounts, so I’m not sure why this would prevent me from accessing the offer.
From a customer perspective, I simply wanted confirmation before paying for your service. Closing the ticket and telling me I should have trusted you first doesn’t feel very professional.
If the discount is still available, I’d still be interested in using your platform, but I would appreciate a clearer explanation and a solution.

I’ve been using Freelance Stack and overall I’m very happy with it.

I’ve already used two of the deals listed on the site, and both worked exactly as described. They ended up saving me a significant amount of money, so from a value perspective it absolutely delivers.

One thing that really stands out is the founder. He’s responsive, helpful, and clearly cares about making the platform useful for freelancers. That kind of direct support adds a lot of trust.

If I had to point out an area for improvement, it would be the site design and filtering. The platform works, but the user experience could be smoother and more intuitive, especially when browsing and sorting through deals.

It took a little while to get the reimbursement from the third party service we've connected with, but Bruno has been responsive and attentive to it, so I find Freelance Stack good and trustworthy.

Good luck finding deals worth more than the Freelance Stack subscription.
Idea was good, execution is poor...
Google Ads and Digital Ocean deals didn't work.

I recently subscribed to a lifetime membership with Freelance Stack based on representations that certain offers were exclusive to their community, specifically AWS Activate and MongoDB for Startups.

After subscribing, it became clear that these programs are not exclusive in any way. They are well-known, publicly available vendor programs run directly by AWS and MongoDB, accessible without any Freelance Stack membership. The paid subscription did not provide any additional access, preferential treatment, or unique benefit for these offers.

I contacted support within minutes of subscribing to request a refund, as no value had been delivered and the exclusivity implied at the point of sale was misleading. My request was refused, with reference to non-refund clauses in their terms, despite the issue being one of misrepresentation rather than access problems.

Support offered to help me “access the discounts”, but access was never the issue. The issue is that the offers presented as exclusive are not exclusive, which was the sole reason I subscribed.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that prospective customers carefully verify whether the offers listed are genuinely exclusive or provide any incremental value before purchasing a paid membership.
