It doesn't work and when I send an email to support they don't respond.

I was using it a lot, specially downloading movies from Netflix! As a seafarer I’m always limited with internet access due to the price of satellite internet!
I was very satisfied with the app, but at my last vacation I was trying to download some new movies but unsuccessfully! The app didn’t even start to download even one! I don’t know what happen… Subscription was still valid, good enough space on my laptop, good internet, all updated software, how many times I’ve tried but no results! Just because of my last experience I’m giving only 2 stars!

Works for 3 months, then stopped working. Tried emailing for support but was ignored. Don't recommend anyone using this.

After I spent $14.95 for a license, the product just stopped working. If tech support can't solve the problem in 24 hours, and they are dithering, I will demand my money back and gong you on every evaluation website. SO GET IT RIGHT!

Your app does not download complete playlists (yes, I purchased a license).

I did not see an option to auto-renew, which I certainly do not wish to do. Also, what are my options for a refund?

At first this app was my absolute favorite. It's very easy to use and fast, yet with great recordings. Then it quit working. I tried for weeks to find out why and fix it, but many appeals and descriptions via email, Support simply wasn't there for me.

It quit downloading anything and when I contacted your customer service never got a response.

Ur not working well with Netflix, and ur having serious connection issues! Which makes the app useless!!!

Their program was not even working. After 3-4 emails back and forth i realised they had no intent to give any money back and to this day im still waiting for them to fix their program. Just avoid, there are other apps that are the real deal and companies that respect their custoner

Premium pass was canceled early on the supplier’s end and I was unable to be refunded or assisted in any way. Unreliable in regards to what image quality will be downloaded

Netflix downloads stopped working. I send screenshot of the error twice, but I never received a reply of any sorts.
That let your software down, it worked really up to that point.
I only had just renewed my license as well and after no replies and remedies I uninstalled it and was very disappointed with your service.
