Very helpful every time I’ve called, real parole, not a chat bot! Excellent service

I've been using FreeAgent for my accounting & tax affairs & I couldn't be happier with both the platform & the support.
The software itself is easy to use, intuitive & makes managing my finances straightforward. One of my favourite features is being able to submit my tax return directly through the platform, which saves a huge amount of time & hassle.
What really sets FreeAgent apart, however, is the quality of their customer support. Every time I've contacted the support team with a question, they've been absolutely first class. They never rush the conversation, take the time to explain things clearly & make sure I fully understand how to navigate the platform. They're also great at pointing me towards additional resources & information that might be helpful.
In an age where good customer service can be hard to find, I've been genuinely blown away by the level of support I've received. The team clearly cares about helping customers get the most from the software.
I would highly recommend FreeAgent to anyone looking for accounting software that's both easy to use & backed by exceptional customer service.

The support we recieved was easy to understand and solved the problem

I was struggling with my bookkeeping and trying to work it out what I needed to do on FreeAgent. I decided to give support a call and the agent called Stewart went through everything with me and spoke very clearly so I was able to understand what I needed to do we managed to get everything sorted. Stuart was an absolute star. He didn’t rush me and took a lot of stress away from me please can you ask Stuart personally kind regards John Wilcox.

The FreeAgent site is so easy to use and navigate. There are plenty of help sheets if you are unsure about how to do something.

As a self employed tradesperson who doesn’t really do computers I needed something easy to use and FreeAgent have given me that, it is very well set up for a novice and the help section actually points you in the right direction with any questions you have , I would highly recommend FreeAgent on my experience so far

Hi its easy enough to use but cant find a way to explain cis payment takes off what I have been paid but the tax remainder is unpaid on invoice

I've used lots of other similar software over the years and FreeAgent seems to have the perfect mix of functionality, user interface and competitive pricing. The support (bot, articles and actual humans) is the stand out feature in my experience.

I didn’t leave like it

We’re a micro company and FreeAgent has made managing everything much easier. It’s simple, efficient, and saves a lot of time on invoicing, expenses, and bookkeeping. A great fit for a small business like ours.

So far its a great service and very easy to use interface on desktop and mobile.

Freeagent Support are always helpful and friendly and will do everything they can to ensure any issues are resolved - in the nicest possible way.

Support staff at Free agent are great. Unfortunately RBS does not provide the back up to connect bank with software

Even though my app was a Barclays-branded alternative, the Free-Agent team were able to get me up and running again, quickly and without drama

Call options were simple.
Agent responded quickly.
Agent was very knowledgeable and solved our problem quickly.
