Avoid this company at all costs!

I strongly advise against buying from this company if you want quality auto parts and reliable customer service. I ordered side skirts that were supposed to fit my car model, but they were impossible to install, even with the help of a professional. The parts had no proper fittings, large gaps against the car body, and were clearly not made to original specifications.

When I reached out to customer service, not only were they unhelpful, but they were also disrespectful. Despite sending detailed photos, explanations, and even a professional’s assessment, they offered no solution or compensation. They eventually ignored my final emails, leaving me stuck with unusable parts and refusing any kind of refund or exchange.

I ended up having to buy new parts from a competitor, proving just how useless this company’s products are. This experience cost me both time and money and clearly showed a total lack of respect for their customers.

This company does not honor its commitments or respect its clients. If you don’t want to lose your money and time, avoid them completely!

Je déconseille fortement cette entreprise à quiconque souhaite acheter des pièces auto de qualité et bénéficier d’un service client fiable. J’ai commandé des bas de caisse censés être compatibles avec ma voiture, mais ils étaient impossibles à installer malgré l’intervention d’un professionnel. Aucune fixation correcte, des écarts importants avec la carrosserie, et un produit manifestement non conforme aux spécifications d’origine.

Face à ce problème, le service client s’est révélé non seulement inefficace mais aussi irrespectueux. Après des semaines d’échanges et de preuves envoyées (photos, témoignages d’un carrossier qualifié), ils n’ont proposé aucune solution ni geste commercial. Pire encore, ils ont tout simplement ignoré mes dernières relances et m’ont laissé avec des pièces inutilisables, sans aucune possibilité de remboursement ou d’échange.

J’ai dû racheter de nouvelles pièces chez un concurrent, ce qui prouve bien l’inutilité de leurs produits. Une expérience qui m’a coûté du temps, de l’argent, et qui démontre un total mépris du client.

Cette entreprise ne respecte ni ses clients ni ses engagements. Fuyez si vous ne voulez pas perdre votre argent et votre temps !
