Absolutely fantastic meal cooked to perfection, huge portions and wonderful friendly staff, thank you

I’ve visited this restaurant about seven times, mainly because of the £10 Friday deal. The food is generally poor in quality—I've tried several dishes and only stick with #59 (Tomato, Ricotta & Spinach ravioli). Today we visited this restaurant, I again
ordered the same food, which was sour and made me feel sick. When I told the waitress
it was inedible, she brushed it off because
I’d said “okay” earlier. Came home I rushed
to the toilet. My husband, who is lactose
intolerant, asked for no cheese in his calzone
but still had a reaction and needed urgent
medical attention. As a Hungarian lawyer, I will consult with British colleagues about
reporting the incident. It’s a cheap place, but
if you care about food quality and reliability,
I’d avoid it. I am definitely not visiting this place any more. The authorities will.
I think the restaurant does not care about the reviews, because there are always people who likes cheap, awful quality food and they are satisfied with it, they don't care. This restaurant lives from these people.

My first visit to Fratellos and I was impressed the moment I walked through the door. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. As someone with allergies I was so impressed with the extensive menu choices, I had GF pizza absolutely amazing! Definitely will becoming a regular visitor.

I had the chance to eat here, and I can say that overall, I had a good experience. We ordered a Prosciutto Crudo and a Fiorentina pizzas. Both were good, with a hearty dough that wasn't too heavy or hard to digest. The only note, perhaps dictated by personal taste, is that the dough could be slightly saltier. The staff was extremely kind and friendly. Definitely a place to go with a very balanced quality-price ratio.

First time we have ordered from Fratellos. Very impressed, arrived early,hot,large portions.
Will definitely, order again and pass on to family & friends

really nice Italian food would have been 5 stars but small portions on the veg with the seafood dishes
