Having recently sold my home and being in the process of finding a new one, I have had lots of interactions with estate agents and Fraser St James have been the most difficult to get in contact with, and the least courteous. I called to request a viewing of a property, two days later, I was still waiting to hear back so I called them again. I was then told they were no longer arranging viewings on the property. That’s fine, this happens but it would have been nice for someone to have contacted me and told me so. I then tried for two days to contact them via telephone, no one answered despite their website indicating that they were open. When I finally made contact, they refused to pass an offer on to the vendor, because I hadn’t viewed the property, without even enquiring what the offer was. I was able to prove my position and the intended offer was substantially above asking price so they have potentially lost the seller money. I know as a seller, I would want to receive all offers put to me.

5 Star Service! From the moment I chose Fraser St James to help me sell my home, Carl was round to photograph the property etc, and it was online that very same evening! I had so many viewings – I was never off the phone with Lucy! Considering I paid the low-cost upfront fee, the communication was first class and nothing was ever too much trouble! I would definitely recommend Fraser St James!

Carl and Lucy both met my expectations in handling the sale. Very easy to contact, returned calls and emails promptly, and generally made the whole transaction smooth from start to finish. Carl is a master at marketing and photography and really listens to the customer. I am pretty fussy and wanted an agent who will work with me to meet my requirements, not the dinasaur age estate agents who are totally inflexible and rigid whilst still wanting 1999 pre crash 2% commisions - Carl knows this and absolutely goes out of his way to get your property sold for a very fair fee and in a modern and dynamic way. Lucy is superb in listening to the customer and liasing with all the parties to ensure things are going to plan. Well done, will use again.

Fraser St James were recommended to me by a relative who had used their services. I have recently dealt with them on both a sale and purchase of a property and found them to be very helpful and professional throughout. Lucy in particular was extremely supportive especially when my sale fell through. She quickly arranged for my property to go back on the market and it sold within the week enabling my purchase to go ahead as planned. I have no hesitation in recommending them and their very competitive fixed price is an added bonus.

I cannot speak highly enough of this Estate Agent, which is fairly new to the area. I have dealt with Carl King and Lucy. Carl came round to view my late Mother's property, valued it and gave me lots of good advice. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and gave me every confidence that the house would soon be sold. I signed an agreement to pay their very reasonable costs on completion and the house was due to be on the market within about three days. The company does also have a cheaper pay-in-advance option. Completely out of the blue my Mother's next door neighbour knocked on the door and offered to buy the house for an elderly relative. When the sale completed I got in touch to pay the bill and Carl would not accept any payment! I have 100% confidence that you will be satisfied if you deal with this company.

Lucy dealt with my sale from start to finish, she was there 24/7 for any queries etc, she made the whole experience stress free, she is both knowledgeable and experienced on all aspects of buying and selling and she genuinely cares about pleasing the customer, i would highly recommend Fraser St James to anybody having to use the services of an estate agent. I had a fixed fee for selling my property which is much better than having an agent charging high percentages, I could praise this company all day long!

I have used Fraser St James on two occasions now.
I have been impressed by the professionalism within the company and the staff who work there.
I was continually kept informed throughout the process of selling and both Carl and Lucy were fantastic at answering my queries.
They were incredibly informative and gave sound advice especially as, on my second time using the agents, the property in question was not particularly run of the mill. Carl took the time to carry out necessary research which was done in a very timely manner.

Frazer st james were great from start to finish, really helpful and understanding.

A fantastic agent who I would 100% recommend. Very easy to deal with, great communication at all stages and managed to sell my property first time after I had three other sales fall through with a previous agent.
Their fees are also one of the most competitive around.

Fraser St James are a very good company to work with. They have sold several new build houses for us and all without complication.
They work hard to give you a good service and pleasant experience.
I will be using them in the future and if your reading this and you need a good local agent then give them a try. I am sure you will not be disappointed.

Everything that was required was done, almost.

Once setup their nearest office moved so ended up just collecting rent.

Inspections were not really inspected.

Things that were rather apparent seemed to be missed.

Certain requests went unnoticed

For Me Fraser St James was very professional during that past 10 months. They even helped me refurbish my house when I first bought it last year.

We've known Carl for many years and he has successfully sold two of our properties. The Fraser St James company are professional, courteous and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. They get results and our last house was sold very quickly. If we ever move again we wouldn't have anyone else!
