Great customer service.
Contacted Franscoop via email to ask them a few questions about the sizing and purchase of a Lapierre team jersey. Prompt reply and in English was very helpful. Time from ordering on-line to receiving goods in the UK on standard delivery was acceptable at - 5 days. 12.50 Euros for P&P seems expensive.
Franscoop.com is the only store I have found who stock Lapierre clothing - maybe that's because both companies are based in France? Will be using them again.
