Recently had an issue with a Franke tap spout and aerator fitting, the latter having become sheared. This was part of a refurbished kitchen fitted in late 2024 so the 12 months guarantee from the kitchen company had expired. I referred all the details inc photos to Franke on Tuesday and today, just 2 days later, our new complete tap spout was delivered, which I fitted just now. Big shout out to Franke for their fantastic no-nonsense response. Proper service at his best. Thank you to the staff and the company at Franke.

Following the boiling water tank going wrong after 3.5 years, we were asked to provide evidence of filter changes which we did. Franke then covered the cost of the tank and we had to pay £155 for installation. Not entirely sure why as it was no fault of ours but it got sorted. Cody the engineer came and replaced the tank and set it all up in accordance with the water settings and did a great job.
My advice before purchasing a Franke product would be to speak to customer service about the maintenance schedule and costs of upkeep. Filters for the minerva tap cost £100 and need replacing every 4-6 months and if the product goes wrong the whole tank needs replacing. Be aware of these costs before buying. The customer service team are great but cant stress enough be aware of running costs.

Our kitchen sink developed a tiny leak. Over time this caused damage to items in the cupboard below. Customer service was excellent about it and sent a new sink and money towards getting a plumber to replace it.

Ben Schofield was sending me emails on how to fix the issue with my tap. After the first try it still wasn’t fixed but he found another way which fixed the problem. The guidance was clear and very helpful. Great customer service

Our visit by Martin was excellent. He rang before he came and gave a time he would arrive. He did a thorough check on the boiler and tap. He was very tidy and left everything clean when he finished. He also explained how to best use the boiler and changed the filter.

Great experience with Franke from start to finish. The technician (Mike) visited several weeks ago and instantly diagnosed the problem and then came back last week to install a brand new tap/tank system. The workmanship was impeccable and he was also very clean and tidy. He gave me a thorough explanation of functionality and made a short video to explain. Outstanding customer service and super friendly technician.

Franke is fairly straight forward to deal with. The technician that called in to sort out the pressure problem replaced the faulty unit under warranty. Quick to assess the situation, the tap was cleaned thoroughly, everything was left exactly how it should be before organising the paperwork and settling the bill on the day. Very pleased with the service.

I have a Franke Rotaflow tap that suddenly developed a leak from the base of the spout just behind the nylon washer. I contacted Franke and sent both a photo and a copy of my receipt. Franke's response was excellent within four days of my initial query I received a new spout in the post. Great service !!!!

Booking a service at Franke for my hot water tap was very easy. I had quick clear communication to get it booked in. Martin turned up on time and carried out the service quickly and efficiently with a couple of parts replaced. Its not cheap but its worth it for the great service.
