Good overall
Once I picked a frame that was actually available (some frames are listed as in stock but not actually available), the order was processed and shipped in about three weeks. I wish they would take the 30 secons to round off the corner on the perimeter of the lenses. The machines used to cut lenses to fit the frame can do this in under 30 seconds but I guess this is too much to ask for. This sharp edge can potentially cause a laceration in an accident. Some lens fitters will remove this edge others won't. Besides that the frames were reasonably priced and the prescription was correct.

The selection of frames is great…
The selection of frames is great especially for my son who is extremely picky what he wants. However, ordering online wasn't the most user friendly experience. I had to start over several times.

Reordering Issue
My purchase was good. However, I am trying to order another pair for my daughter and can't get past the payment information step. It keep saying there is an issue. It has been several weeks and the same issue keeps occurring as if I do not have sufficient funds. But I do as I have made other purchases with the card perfectly fine!

Perfect, best I've tried
I bought the oculus quest 2 lenses. They are perfect. They dont fall off like other brands, I can actually scratch my nose without them popping off. There is no glare and perfect vision.

As a repeat customer who purchases frames without lenses and has them finished locally, I find your website detailed, intuitive, and efficient. The photos and descriptions are precise, and the products always meet expectations. I’m very happy with my purchases. My only recommendation is to enhance the cushioning inside the shipping boxes to protect the glasses even more—although I’ve never received a damaged item.
