Clearly states that their product had a 5 year guarentee, yet when the glass in the door shattered on its own, for no good reason, Framefast decided to throw some new terms into the warranty that don't exist and refused to honour it. They decided that a "thermal fracture" isn't covered in their warranty, despite never even coming to have a look and this term not being anywhere to be seen in the paperwork. I'll find a more honest company to do the repair.

Ian service engineer… I just want to say how amazing Ian has been today with fixing our windows he was punctual and professional and gave us so much advice I don’t normally do reviews but I felt with the customer service we received from him I had to let you know how much of a credit he is to your company which I’m sure you already know! Thank you for all your help Ian!

I recently had my whole house upgraded with a new composite front door, French doors at the back (replacing an old patio door), and all new windows throughout. The quality of the products is excellent, and everything was made surprisingly quickly.

The new front door has given the house a much more modern look, and the French doors have really opened up the back of the house, letting in so much more light. The fitters did a great job too. They were tidy, professional, and paid attention to detail.

I’m really happy with the results and would definitely recommend both the products and the team.

Ive had a brilliant experience with Frame Fast on a few occasions. Supplied and fitted a new composite front door. Fast delivery and quick fitting! I then had a problem with rain water getting into my business premises through the shop front.(shop front is old wasnt fitted by Frame Fast) Gave them a call, they replaced the seals and releveled the door on the same day as I called! Staff are super helpful and friendly. I will definitely be using them again.

We’ve had a new front door and 3 windows from this company, installation was made by 2 really cheerful lovely guys who talked us through everything they were doing, it all looks great, couldn’t be happier

I had Frame Fast fit my full house windows 2 years ago.. June 23 and they still look as good as new. I've had no problems at all

Had some very expensive bifolds and a large gable window fitted a few years ago. They’ve leaked ever since they were installed. Framefast came out once and fitted some new edges, but the leaking came back.

Despite numerous emails to the company, nobody ever actually bothered to revisit the site. We finally found a local business who were prepared to come out and visit our home to fix the issue. All down to very poor fitting, and rainwater leaking in.

Quite disgraceful, poorly fitted, leaked for years, definitely don’t recommend.

Tracey Ollerenshaw helped me throughout the whole process and I can’t thank her enough, She talked me through all my options and the outcome has been amazing. My bifold doors look stunning and are in the perfect colour. I would always use Frame fast in the future and always want Tracey by my side when making decisions and placing an order.

Appalling Windows, have been trying to get them fixed for years but because they are on a Newbuild, Wheeldon blamed Framefast and Framefast blamed Wheeldon. Now they are just progressively getting worse to the point where they are not only blown but also leaking. We are having to now fund the Replacement of all our Windows because both companies are incompetent and my 2 Year Old Daughter has a very Cold Nursery because the Windows are not fit for purpose. I highly recommend avoiding using this Company for any glazing. I wish I could post Photos on here because the state of them absolutely disgusting.

After months of trying to get them to fix problems with my patio doors. They left after doing half the job promising to come back (Never did). Now they claim it's not there job to finish it. The service you get from Frame Fast is appalling.

Frame fast fit the windows & patio doors in my newbuild property in 2021.

Since having them fit, the patio doors have dropoped 3 if not 4 times (expected with a newbuild due to settlement)

They have been back to replace 68/69 panes of glass due to a fault in the previous glass, the rubber seal in the windows pops out when windows are opened and the fitter who came back to fix this told me it's as a result of their cutting maching getting too hot during production and therefore cutting the rubber seals 1/2 mm bigger than it should, so they know its a problem!

Now in 2024 my windows have started to leak, therefore letting in the elements! and it's not even on the parts which open it's leaking on solid panes which dont open or close!

I am waiting for a manager to contact me but he's been in a meeting since 11.19am (it's now 4.21pm) lets hope the windows in his meeting room don't leak like mine at home!!!

Just moved into a new place and found a dodgy window lock. Gave Frame Fast UK all the info they'd need – guarantee, photos, the lot.

No response. Shocking service. If they can't even answer an email, how can they handle real issues?

Would've expected better. Not impressed.

After paying for a replacement window and at the time the quality was questioned, as water appeared to be beading inside. The window has failed with misting and internal white growth. FRAMEFAST are not replying to our emails, phone calls, no one will assist ot even talk to us. Trading standards have been notified of this poor service which lacks skill, care and quality. Disappointing and incredibly frustrating. Staff refuse to give their names and won't even tell you when you should call because they are too busy to call us. I will only amend or my review when you start talking and sorting the problem becuase it's disgraceful behaviour to have zero customer service.

very disappointed in this company after a number of windows and doors that I have had made over last year or so and have been very patient with this company the number of faults that are to long to mention the final straw is arched window that I ordered in august of last year and at this moment I've still not got and we are not getting anywhere close until April 2 but i still will not have the window . surprise surprise we're so close to Easter and they will be say there on holiday so that will make it may my client is 87 and thinks she will be dead before she gets her ledded arched window back
