The most shocking customer service!
I placed an order on 12th of December 2025. This was meant to be a Christmas gift, which I was supposed to take over overseas with me. The order never arrived! It has been more than a month now and in spite of countless emails back back-and-forth. I am yet to get a replacement or a refund. Most of the times I don’t get a reply and even when I do get a reply from their customer services, it asks the same questions whether I want to refund or replacement and then I don’t get a response again when I do reply. I have tried messaging on every social media platform and I still have not heard back.
