The hell and attention I received was so helpful

Initially I was dealing with 1 person almost daily then didn't hear back for over a week.When I called I was informed that the person I had been dealing with was no longer working there and I would be talking with someone else moving forward. I was given great advice and treated with respect, empathy and understanding at all times.
