Great staff and management. Very enjoyable dinner - burger was cooked perfectly with lovely cheese and thick bacon. Margaritas on the rocks were perfect. Nice relaxed and comfortable environment. No rush service.
I went to the Foxlow in Chiswick for the second time on Saturday. My first visit was mediocre but they wrote to me afterwards and asked for my views. I was honest with what went well and what didn't and shared my thoughts about what might appeal most to the local clientele. I received a lovely note back from the manager thanking me profusely for my feedback and offering me a free meal next time. I appreciated this so much that when I went back with a group of neighbours I was happy to pay full price. The second time was perfect. I recommend it as a good honest local place with a good mix of quality food and relaxed atmosphere. I hope it succeeds in Chiswick amongst a sea of big national bland chains.
