First Class Removal Company
From the moment we did our online quote via whats app ( what a great idea!) to the removal van leaving us in our new property today I cannot rate this company higher! Their customer service was great, so understanding of how stressful moves can be. The 2 removal men were polite and professional, speedy but at no time cutting corners, taking care with all of my possessions. Would definitely recommend!

NO FUSS
No fuss. Good advice and very supportive as undertaking not just a house move but relocating to a completely new area as a widow. Fox Group even transported my car. Nothing was too much trouble for Carl and Phil. They worked calmly and efficiently throughout the 2 days of the move. Gold star treatment and service. Well done and a big "Thank you both".

5* Removal and Storage service
We have used Fox Removals and Self storage for number of years now to assist with many large renovations projects (and sometimes the smaller ones too) that we undertake. They will coordinate the safe collection of any of our clients furniture, gym equipment, office furniture etc., de-assemble and label as necessary and take to securely store for us for at their local storage facility until the work is completed. Once complete, they’ll then arrange for the items to be taken back to site, re-assembled and even set out in the room.
5* service from a 5* team!

Brilliant company
From the first time I contacted Leighton at Fox, I found him absolute star. It was a pleasure dealing with someone who epitomised excellent customer service, nothing was too much trouble for him. He didn't see problems he saw solutions, he was a ray of sunshine in a world where customer service seems like a foreign word.
The boys who moved our furniture caried on in the same vein, friendly, helpful and efficient, nothing was too much trouble.
I have to take my hat off too the driver of the van. The rear access to our house is quite difficult, however he managed too reverse a large van to where it needed to go - a brilliant piece of driving.
I would thoroughly recommend the Cwmbran branch of Fox.

Thank you for your kind feedback, Mr Webb. We’re pleased to hear that Leighton made such a positive impression from your first contact and that he was able to help find solutions and make the process easier for you. It’s also great to know the removal team carried that same approach on the day with their friendly and efficient service.
We’ll be sure to pass your comments on to the team, including the driver, manoeuvring a large van in tricky access can certainly take some skill. Thank you for your recommendation of our Cwmbran branch, it’s very much appreciated.
