First time to try this company's products Reishi mushrooms certainly helped my sleep initially, but we'll see how it works out over the month.
CBD. Not sure how to judge results of this but I certainly seem to have a bit more energy and quicker recovery after some busy training. Give it a few more months..

Initially it wasn’t great as I needed to get in touch with the team without too much joy, however they really redeemed themselves and the service and responsiveness was very good. The products are amazing and have really made a huge difference to the pain I have been suffering. I have already recommended the thermo joint gel and muscle rub, and would continue to do so if you suffer from any sort (specifically for me) foot / arthritic pain. The hydro tablets are also highly recommended! Product wise 5/5, the only reason for the 4/5 rating is the initial poor responsiveness for the issue I had, but they did go out of their way to rectify it once they did get in touch.

Excellent probiotics which I’ve been using now for over a year. Delays in delivery from courier side (hence 4 rather than 5 stars) so would be great if the probiotics could be offered on Amazon

I’ve been using four.five Pro CBD Oil for over a year now and find it a great product. I’ve stopped taking it a couple of times to see if I notice a difference and I definitely do. It makes a noticeable difference to my joints, recovery and sleep. I really rate four.five as a company too. They seem to be doing things right.

I love this product! Was hooked from the minute our Hotpod started stocking it. Great flavour, not sickly sweet like some you try, and it definitely rehydrates effectively, meaning I feel energised and refreshed, even after 2 hours in the 37 degree pod!

The online quiz was brilliant - a great way to find out which product or products will help with the areas I wanted to improve (focus and sleep). Really easy to use and meant I wasn't mindlessly scrolling, hoping I'd picked the right items after lots of intense reading.

I have been a subscriber to fourfive for a while now. It is very good quality nice tasting CBD, and I highly recommend it. The service is always good and it arrives like clockwork every month, and as a subscriber I sometimes get a sample of their other products which is pretty cool. I received the muscle rub last time which I will be ordering when I finish it.
