Having a problem with a product I bought there. Sent an email a week ago, no response yet.
I ordered a printer from them. When the email came to confirm my order, the fine print said the item wasn’t at their warehouse. I thought, okay, a delay, no problem. But I decided to send an email one week later asking for information on the timing of delivery as I hadn’t heard anything. They emailed back that the item would not be stocked to their warehouse for THEEE AND A HALF MONTHS! There was no “unfortunately” or “sorry” or “would you like to cancel your order”? I asked them to cancel the order. I also let them know I will never shop with them again as this is not the first time I’ve had to wait a ridiculously long time for an item — and with no updates on their end unless I bugged them. I wish I’d read the TrustPilot messages here before now as it seems horrible customer service is very common with Scandinavian Photo.
